About

Built by operators, for operators.

Bounty was built inside the BI function of a licensed casino and sportsbook operator, by people who spent years answering the same questions for finance, CRM and VIP teams. We built the tool we wanted on our own desks.

Why Bounty exists

The BI queue never ends.

Every Monday the same questions arrive. Why did NGR move? Which bonus is burning margin? Which VIPs are drifting? Each one becomes a ticket, a query and a spreadsheet, and by the time the answer lands the moment has passed.

General AI tools did not help. They did not know what GGR, NGR or an FTD cohort mean in a regulated operator, and they wanted the data sent to them. So we built an iGaming-native workspace that runs where the data lives, speaks the industry's language, and goes from the answer to the action.

Who builds Bounty

Decades of experience, in one product.

Bounty's founders are industry professionals with decades of experience across sectors, from BI and analytics to executive leadership.

They have sat on both sides of the table: building the reports and taking the decisions that depend on them. Everything they learned about what operators need, and what slows them down, has gone into building Bounty.

Where we are today

In production, on real data.

  • Live dailyBounty runs every day on a licensed operator's live data.
  • Four productsChat, Insights, Bounty Pulse and PAM+, in one workspace with one login.
  • End-to-endFrom the data warehouse to the daily player action.
  • Pilots openWe are now taking a small number of operators into pilots on their own data.

How we work

Four principles we do not trade.

  • Honest claims

We label sample content, never invent customer results, and say what the product does not do yet.

  • Your data stays home

Bounty runs in your environment. No copy of your database leaves it.

  • Protection before promotion

Responsible gambling concerns are shown before any commercial action.

  • Answers teams act on

An answer is only useful if someone does something with it, so the workspace goes from question to action.
