Your data stays home. Bounty comes to it.

Principles

Three promises we build around.

You keep the data

Bounty is deployed in your environment, on-premise or in your private cloud. We do not take a copy of your player data.

You control access

One login across all four products, roles for every user, and permissions per product and per data category. Identity-provider sign-in on request.

You can see what happened

Login history, a consent log and usage monitoring give administrators a clear record of who accessed what, and when.

Deployment

Deployed where your data already lives.

Pick the setup your compliance team is comfortable with. The product is the same in each.

Most common

On-premise

Bounty runs on your servers, inside your network, next to your data warehouse.

Data flow: tables, metric layer and dashboards stay on your servers. Only the question and on-screen result for an AI summary go to the agreed AI model provider.

Your private cloud

Deployed in your own cloud account and region, under your security policies.

Data flow: everything stays in your account and region. Only the question and on-screen result for an AI summary go to the agreed AI model provider.

Managed in the EU

For teams that prefer we run it: hosted in the EU on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure, with a data processing agreement.

Data flow: the data you connect is processed in our EU environment under the DPA. AI summaries follow the same rule as the other options.

Security pack on request: data processing agreement, SOC 2 report and sub-processor list. Ask for it

Inside the product

Self-service, with guardrails.

Open Bounty up to every team without opening up everything to everyone.

  • Permissions per product and categoryChat, Insights, Pulse and PAM+ access set per person; Insights categories and KPI Cube controlled separately.
  • Login historyWhen each user signed in, reviewable by administrators.
  • Consent logAcceptance and decline events with dates, decisions and device context.
  • Usage monitoringWeekly and monthly active users, question activity and dormant accounts.
  • Service healthStatus and health checks for administrators.

A niche AI

Built for iGaming, not a general chatbot.

Bounty is trained on the full context of the iGaming industry. It behaves like a careful analyst, not a guesser.

Governed definitions

GGR, NGR, FTD, net cashflow and bonus contribution are answered on your configured definitions, so every team gets the same number.

Honest about gaps

When a measure is not in your data, Bounty says so. Data Freshness shows which domains are fresh, behind or unknown.

Reviewed business context

Teams can teach Bounty about campaigns, events and rules. Context is reviewed and approved before it shapes an answer.

FAQ

Security questions

Does our player data leave our environment?

No copy of your database leaves your environment. Bounty runs next to your data and queries it where it lives. The only thing that can leave is the text of a question and the result on screen, when an AI summary or explanation is requested; it goes to the AI model provider agreed for your deployment, under a data processing agreement.

Can we deploy Bounty on-premise?

Yes. Bounty can run on-premise or in your own private cloud. Where you prefer a managed setup, we host it in the EU.

Do you support single sign-on?

Your team has one login across Chat, Insights, Pulse and PAM+. Sign-in through your own identity provider is available on request.

How is access controlled inside Bounty?

Each user has a role, and access is set per product and per data category. A VIP manager sees VIP views; finance sees finance. Administrators can review login history and a consent log.

Is Bounty a general AI model with access to our data?

No. Bounty is a niche AI built for iGaming. It answers on governed metric definitions, flags missing or stale data instead of guessing, and business context added by your team is reviewed before it is used.

Is Bounty SOC 2 compliant?

Yes. Bounty is SOC 2 compliant. On-premise and private cloud deployments also run under your own security controls.

Is Bounty GDPR compliant?

Bounty is built for EU-regulated operators. Your data stays in your environment, and we put a data processing agreement in place for any processing we do on your behalf.
