Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of bountyai.online and of Bounty demo access. Bounty AI is a product of Kavodel INVT, a Delaware company registered in the United States (651 N. Broad St., Suite 201, Middletown, DE 19709) (“Kavodel INVT”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or a demo you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

Pilots and paid use of the Bounty platform are governed by a separate written agreement (such as an order form, master services agreement and data processing agreement). If that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.

2. Who may use Bounty

Bounty is a business service for iGaming operators and the companies that work with them. You must be at least 18 and acting for a business. You may not use Bounty to offer gambling services in a jurisdiction where you are not licensed to do so.

3. The website

Website content is general information about Bounty. Product screens and figures shown on the website are sample data unless we say otherwise. Nothing on the website is financial, legal or regulatory advice, or a promise of specific results.

4. Demo access

• Demo access is granted at our discretion, after we review your request.
• Login links are personal, single use and time-limited. Do not share or forward them.
• Demos run on sample data. Do not upload or enter real player or personal data into a demo.
• Demo outputs are for evaluation only. Do not rely on them for business decisions.
• We may end or limit demo access at any time, for example for security reasons.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, reverse engineer, scrape or build a competing product from Bounty or its content;
• attempt to break, probe or bypass our security, or access data you are not entitled to;
• use automated tools to overload the website or services;
• upload malicious code, or content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights;
• use Bounty in breach of gambling, data protection, anti-money-laundering or responsible gambling laws.

6. Your data and our intellectual property

• Your data stays yours. Operators keep all rights in the data they connect to Bounty. We process it only to provide the service, under the customer agreement and data processing agreement. We do not use an operator's data to train models for other customers.
• Our platform stays ours. Bounty, its software, design, models, documentation and the Bounty AI name and logo belong to Kavodel INVT or its licensors. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the website and demo as described here.
• Feedback. If you send us suggestions, we may use them to improve Bounty without owing you anything.

7. Confidentiality

Demo content, investor materials and anything we mark as confidential must be kept confidential and used only to evaluate Bounty or an investment in Kavodel INVT.

8. How to read Bounty's output

• Bounty is decision support. Answers, forecasts, scores and recommendations are estimates based on the data available, and your team remains responsible for the decisions it takes.
• Responsible gambling and risk scores are signals for human review. They are not a diagnosis, and they do not replace your own compliance processes.
• Each operator remains responsible for its own regulatory compliance, including licensing, marketing rules, responsible gambling and anti-money-laundering obligations.

9. Third-party services

The website links to or embeds services run by others, such as the meeting calendar. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimers

The website and demos are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee that the website or demo will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Kavodel INVT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the website or demo access. Our total liability for any claim about the website or demo access is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

12. Indemnity

You will compensate us for claims and costs caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website or demo.

13. Suspension and ending access

We may suspend or end your access to the website or demo if you breach these terms, or if we need to protect Bounty, our customers or others. Sections 6 to 12 and 14 continue after access ends.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory law where you are based gives you the right to bring proceedings there.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. If you keep using the website or demo after a change, you accept the new terms.
