Data foundation

Your warehouse, or ours.

Bounty sits on top of the data architecture you already run, with no migration. No warehouse yet? We provide a managed iGaming data warehouse with Bounty's AI agent and self-serve reporting built in, as part of our services or on request. Either way, your data is modelled into one governed iGaming layer and kept fresh.

The layers

From raw sources to one governed answer.

  1. 01Your sourcesPlatform, payments, games, sportsbook, CRM, affiliates, retail.
  2. 02WarehouseRaw data landed and kept in your environment.
  3. 03iGaming modelCleaned and joined into players, transactions, bets, bonuses and shops.
  4. 04Metric layerGGR, NGR, FTD, cashflow and bonus cost, each defined once.
  5. 05Bounty workspaceChat, Insights, Pulse and PAM+ all read from the metric layer.

Use your own warehouse for layer 02, or ours. Your data stays yours either way.

Warehouse-native

Bounty sits on any warehouse.

Bounty queries your data where it already lives. No copy, no migration, and your warehouse's own security rules stay in force.

  • No data migration, so time to value is short
  • No duplicate copy of player data to secure
  • Your existing pipelines and tools keep working
  • BigQuery
  • Snowflake

What we ingest

Everything an iGaming operation runs on.

Your warehouse connects directly. Platform exports, files and APIs we map into the warehouse for you.

  • Player accountsRegistrations, KYC status, segments
  • PaymentsDeposits, withdrawals, payment providers
  • CasinoRounds, games, providers
  • SportsbookBets, markets, settlement
  • Bonuses and campaignsAwards, wagering, costs
  • Affiliates and spendPartners, tracking, marketing spend
  • RetailShops, regions, products, terminals
  • SupportTickets and player contact history

The modelled layer

Defined once. Used everywhere.

The model turns platform tables into the objects your teams talk about: players, deposits, bets, bonuses, shops. On top sits one metric layer, so NGR means the same thing in a Chat answer, an Insights dashboard and a Pulse score.

  • Metric definitionsGGR, NGR, FTD, net cashflow, bonus cost and more, set to your business rules.
  • Report assumptionsProvider, payment and platform fee bases, value thresholds, affiliate tiers, LTV settings.
  • Online and retail kept apartSeparate measures for site and shops, so they are never silently mixed.
  • Marketing spend importsBring spend in so channel and affiliate economics use real cost.

Freshness monitoring

Old data never passes as new.

Every data domain carries a status. Unknown means there is not enough information, and it is never treated as fresh. Scoring runs show when they last completed, so your team knows whether today's player priorities are current.

FAQ

Data foundation questions

Do we need a data warehouse before we start?

No. If you already have a warehouse, Bounty sits on top of it with no migration. If you do not, we provide a managed iGaming data warehouse, with Bounty's AI agent and self-serve reporting on top, as part of our services or on request.

Where does the warehouse live?

Your existing warehouse stays where it is. A warehouse we build can live inside your environment, on-premise or in your own cloud account, or be managed by us in the EU. Your data stays yours either way.

Which warehouses does Bounty work with?

Bounty is warehouse-native: it sits on BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, ClickHouse and any SQL warehouse, with no migration.

Which sources can you bring in?

Your warehouse connects directly. Platform exports, files and APIs are mapped into the warehouse by us. We confirm your exact sources on the scoping call.

How long does the data work take?

Setup takes about a day, and you can often start using Bounty within one to three hours. It depends on how fast you can supply your data.

What happens when a feed breaks or arrives late?

Data Freshness marks the affected domain as behind, stale or unknown, so nobody mistakes old data for current data. We monitor the pipelines we run and fix breaks with your team.

Is this the same layer Bounty runs on itself?

Yes. Bounty runs daily on a licensed operator's live data, on the same approach to warehousing, modelling and freshness described here.
